Unreliable Information

<p>It has happened multiple times now that the details or the information about a product has been incorrect. I am a book collector and so it is very important to me that I know exactly what I am buying, but with Takealot it is a gamble. The book could have a completely different cover, be a different size than what was indicated or - the worst one- be defferent format. Often when I receive my book I find that the hardcover book I ordered has now magically transformed into a softcover. And let's not foret that the price I payed was definitely that of a hardcoer book. The unreliable information has broken my trust and loyalty to Takealot, and it won't stop with me. Soon, many people will be finding faults with their products. I have raised concern about this issue in the past and nothing was done to correct it. In the words of the department I spoke to, "Sorry, there was a mistake on the website", or even better, "Yes the information was incorrect, have a nice day" How ********.</p>
