Unreliable, extremely costly to deal with takealot

I had the worst experience dealing with takealot, l placed a huge order for things needed for childrens graduation, l sent an email clearly requesting them to deliver what was in stock. Takealot agents promised to deliver on time and but nothing was delivered. I have learnt that dealing with takealot is coslty and these guys are not reliable. Their delivery is the worst as they dont even ask for some form of identification. This is risky
