Unreliable Disaster

What the hell is going on with this company ,i still haven't received my order ,i lodged a complaint on this platform last week Tuesday ,today its a new week and my items are still not here .called them on Friday spoke to Mandy and she promised to speak to her manager and get back to me and I'm still waiting .what a unprofessional company and im never ordering from u ever again id rather go to Dischem for my childs stuff ,imagine i had to buy a pack of pampers last week because u fools didn't deliver ,now i need to go buy a pack of wipes because u still haven't delivered. Not even a courtesy email to say my order is late u just pathetic
