Unreliable delivery service

Twice in one month takealot has diappointed. My first order was done before the Christmas cut off. 3 times delivery date was missed. My husband had to finally go to their shop to pick up the order where they didnt have everything i ordered but this was the order that came back with the couriers. 2nd time according to couriers they were in the area but they dont phone to say so and just left. This is unacceptable. Clearly they are unorganised and can't do proper planning.
