Unreliable delivery for TakealotMORE subscribers

I am subscribed to TakealotMORE and my orders are now constantly delayed. Same-day and next-day deliveries are being scheduled for delivery days later, without informing me or offering any explanation. This is frustrating as I have to arrange for someone to be at the premises in order to collect, and if my deliveries are constantly being rescheduled, how are we supposed to make any arrangements? If a date can't be committed to, don't advertise the product as such! And don't blame the 3rd party supplier as it is ultimately your platform and need to account for it.
