Unreliable delivery and poor customer service

I bought a TV on Tuesday and paid for express delivery. The TV was supposed to arrive on Wednesday. Tracking updates wendnesday said TV will arrive before 7pm. I called them on Thursday they told me the tv was sent to the wrong courier it will be delivered. Since then no updates. Take a lot where is the tv that I paid for!?
