Unreliable company

The company does not care at all about their clients I bought a generator two weeks ago for my business even today I'm still waiting I can't call them I can only hope that they will respond to the many emails I have send them i even offered to come and collect it myself but they refused saying my order has already be shipped but no still today no response what so ever from them please help hello Peter
