Unreliable and Unprofessional Service

Super Disappointed by the level of service received.

Here I am 3 weeks later order 55' Cyber Monday Tv from Takealot, currently on the third order. As each time my order is out for delivery, they are "Lost in Transit". I have even had to pay delivery fee for a replacement wall bracket, as the original is out of stock.

Then to make things easier for them and further inconveniencing myself by offering to collect the TV from the Warehouse, after a week of being told it's been escalated. I get yet again delivery confirmation.
