Unreliable and Unprofessional.

I ordered something on a Friday to be delivered the following day. Naturally this cost more than standard shipping as it is considered priority shipping. After having paid for everything, the system said all was good and that I would be receiving my parcel the following day as expected. The next day when I decided to check on the status of my expected delivery, I was surprised to find that the delivery had been rescheduled to the following week Wednesday, with absolutely no adjustment or credit given to me. Nope. Paid for next day shipping? Meh, you'll get it when we feel like it. The worst part is that nobody even notified me of this, no communication whatsoever, just casually changing dates without notification and when I requested a refund ofcourse I was met with the supremely helpful agent with the name of "Aqeelah Amod" whom I'm not sure is even a real person because of the robotic response I received with the usual tactical evasion/redirection to not refund my purchase. I would not recommend using takealot at all if you need something in a hurry as they do not seem to be concerned in the slightest even if you pay extra for priority shipping.
