UNRELIABLE AND UNABLE TO BE ASSISTED

I made an order 12 July 2022 and paid in full. The delivery date was 21 July 2022 but until today I’m still waiting for my delivery. No communication from takealot at all about what is going on, I tried to reach them via the help section in my profile without any luck. Please advise what do I do to get my goods? Or rather they send my money back
