Unreliable and Dishonest Service

Take a lot prides itself in Customer service, but this is not the case. They have no good customer service and they are VERY unreliable. They are also very dishonest in what they put on their website and what they tell you. This is not the first time that i have had an unpleasant experience with take a lot. It is so sad to see a business lack so much pride in themselves. What happened to Businesses that are proud of themselves and the way they do business ?
