Unreliable and dishonest

My items were scheduled for delivery today before 19:00. However, at 18:75 I received a call from takealot Northgate to advise that my delivery would arrive just after 19:00. It's now 20:20 and the status of my delivery says "delivered"!! When did takealot become so unreliable and dishonest??
