Unreliable

<p>So I had the most pathetic service ever from a company called takealot.</p> <p>I purchased a few items for my baby on their website and reveived an sms that it would be delivered on monday 28:11:2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then received a call from takealot advising that there is a delay with my order as they dispatched it to the incorrect branch(what a nightmare)</p> <p> </p> <p>Its Tuesday 29:11:2016 and I have been home all day waiting for my poor babies essentials but no one pitched, I received no telephone call from them to advise if they had another delay etc.</p> <p>TAKEALOT IS A TOTAL NIGHT MARE I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH APPOLING SERVICE FROM A COMPANY.</p> <p>Not to mention I had to call their call center and had to wait 10 min to speak to an agent who passes me from pilar to post or should i say no where land, still didnt speak to anyone as I RAN OUT OF AIRTIME; who has a delivery service company but does not allow their clients to track their delivery...why promote delivery in 24 hours when its not the case!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>PS.....WAITING IN VAIN!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>All i want now is to cancel my order but I cant even do that as the waiting time for the call center is insane...i want refund!!!!!</p>
