Unreliable

I purchased a kids activity package and 1 of my items was missing and in order to receive the one item I have to send back the entire package which I've already given to the child. To add to the mess they've packaged things I've added separately into the activity box set which means my items have been tampered with and I refuse to go through a legnthy process for something already paid for. All I want is my item to be replaced!
