Unreasonable terms even when the reasons are valid, more like no return ***** shops

I purchased a sun ninja tent from Takealot but the one I initially wanted was out of stock for months, I then ordered the incorrect size hoping to exchange it when the correct one is in stock. The one I wanted was back in stock and I ordered the bigger tent and logged a return for the smaller one and stated the reasons on my return request.

To my surprise the return was declined because I had a limited time to return it of which I understand but the stock availability is the reason that I could not return it any sooner. I need the tents for my family December holiday and the fact that they can see that I have now purchased 2 tents and have one that I do not need.

I need someone to understand that I have one product I need that was always out of stock that was finally in stock and I bought and one that I need returned. Surely that is not that hard to understand and process.
