Unrealistic delivery times

I find it very unprofessional to have a parcel that is penciled for delivery from 8am to 5pm. Who stays home this whole day? Can't you improve on delivery times like say it will arrive from 10am to 11am... Its workable than this ******* of waiting whole day. Or call customers in the morning.Whoever managing your deliveries is just not competent enough.
