Unprofessionalism

They don't care about their customers parcels is always lost in transit and they would cancel the item without informing you as customer. they would promise to deliver when the day arrives they won't even bother to update you that delivery can't be made for you to reschedule. So much unprofessionalism from their response as long as they received the money from you they won't bother whether you recieved items or not.
