Unprofessionalism and a very poor service

I had to receive my order on june 22, 2022 but nothing... imagine not only staying off work for nothing but also waiting the whole day for something that's not going to arrive. The notification sms was not only sent late (2hrs before the end of the supposedly delivery time period on june 22, 2022) but also useless. Had I not called them the following day, my order was going to lie there at Ermelo pickut point until kingdom come, because they're useless and unprofessional, they didn't even care to call me and reschedule for the following day after allegedly receiving the package at 12:02 pm on June 22,2022 , saying there was no driver at that time. As to why they didn't call and inform me about that, I do not know
