Unprofessionalism

Takealot.com after clear communication between myself and Takealot to deliver my business card that contains my PIN on a certain day, they decided to deliver on a day that I clearly inform them that I will not be available, and for a sensitive parcel like a bank card, you cannot leave that with any one else but the owner. I am so disappointed and I find TAKEALOT very unprofessional. I ended up finding my card on one of my colleagues tray and anyone could have found it and help themselves with what I have on my account.
