Unprofessional takealot.com

It's now the second parcel that did not arrive at our house. We give them the correct address but the drivers are to stupid to find it. They keep going to the wrong address, then phone me to tell me they are outside. When I tell them they are at the wrong address, they blame me for giving them the wrong address, but they have the correct one. They don't understand how a address works. It's pathetic, everyone else finds my home, just not takealot. Then after 3 days of them doing this after I keep telling them they have the wrong address, they don't change the info and bring me the package the next day, they keep doing the same thing over and over untill they cancell the delivery and send it back to jburg. I will never use takealot again, use Amazon for online shopping. They are fast and professional. I have never had a problem with Amazon.
