Unprofessional lying takealot driver

I had ordered a pregnancy pillow and was meant to receive it on 13 June 2022. The takealot driver buzzed me on the afternoon of 13 June, when I called back I asked him to call me back as I did not have airtime.

The driver called me back and asked where I was, I told him I am at the address stated on the order for delivery. He said he would arrive but did not. Instead I received a notification on the app informing me that takealot tried to call deliver but could not.

This is such an inconvenience as I am currently pregnant and need that pillow as a matter of urgency. Takealot drivers need to be more professional and take the clients more serious. I need my order to be delivered to me asap.
