Unprofessional Takealot

I recently bought from this online delivery,they promised to deliver my order since 26 may 2020 around 8:09am-17:00pm to my residence little did i know i was leaving work early for nothing.Even wrote an email about my order(s) they have not rep**** to any of them this is frustrating because as a customer i expect my items to be delivered around the promised HOUR this is unprofessional
