Unprofessional Staff & Bad communication.

My message from Takealot only indicates that my order is ready with the order number, Directions and QR code. No where in the message does it cleary state that you will need to provide a QR code upon collection. Takealot will have to improve on their communication with customers. The lady at Takealot Faerie Glen Pick-up point was rude and didn't even answer any of my questions she just kept quiet. This in my opinion is totally unprofessional. I am very disappointed because I live quite far and had to drive all the way home just to get the QR code.

I would like to add something- I read some of the other reviews and it seems like nothing is done about the complaints. There is no response and the same problems keep reoccurring.
