Unprofessional service-very passed client

Do not order home appliances on takealot. We never ever had an issue,ordering stuff from takealot.Delivery is always early or on time.Then we decided to order a home theater system, on the first of September 2022-we received the confirmation email and that we will receive it by the 13th of September 2022-Then Monday morning the 12th we received an sms,that we will receive our parcel by the end of the day 17h00 on 12 September. NOTHING CAME,WE ARE ON THE PROPERTY 24/7,WE CHECKED THE GATE ,NO ONE EVER CAMED.MY husband then received and sms-"client rescheduled "-which we never did,because no one contacted us and no one was at our Property. So this morning my husband contacted takealot and explained to the lady that we received an sms,that we "the client" have rescheduled the delivery and that no one hooted at our gate,or came to deliver or contacted us and that he wants an answer about the delivery. The lady then informed us,that she will find out what is going on and get back to us.They then contacted my husband informing us that our parcel is at the depot at Montagu Gardens cpt,and that they are just waiting for the driver to come pick it up,it will be delivered to us ,today still at 17h00. We then received an sms,again saying that our parcel is dispatched and ready to be delivered and out for delivery.When my husband contacted takealot again ,another guy informed us,that the package are still at Montague gardens cpt,delivery guy never came to collect our parcel.But it shows on "track your parcel" that it is out for delivery. This is very very poor service from Takealot....and your excuses "oh its a new delivery guy" is a bull**** excuse,we've paid quite a few R1000 and why can all the other new delivery guys find our address....but this specific new courier guy can't find the address or contact the client at least to assist him,with the address....but rather tell lies to his supervisor/company he works for. We are not happy with your lies or service...because we never had these issues.
