Unprofessional service ans lack of communication

I lodged a return and effectively communicated and answered all of takealot's queries regarding my return. After we approximately two weeks I was given the same product that I returned, without any communication from takealot as to why the product was not exchanged. All components of the product were in the box when I returned it.
