Unprofessional service

To date I have only had good experiences with Takealot. This has changed. I ordered a Russel Hobbs 36L microwave oven and this was delivered today. After opening the package I noticed that they delivered a 30L microwave oven. I phoned and was asked to send photos of the bar code, the box and the product and send it to them. This I have done and also asked for confirmation of receipt of the email and the process from now on. I received no confirmation and do not even know whether received and what will happen now?? It is their mistake and I an totally inconvenienced by this. Will I order such an article from them again, I don't think so. No reference number and no feedback from them. Just unprofessional to say the least.
