Unprofessional rude service for delivery of parcel

How great is the service with rude client service, thinking they do you a favor. Order placed for more than 6000, 1ste incorrectly delivered the previous day, after saying you are not there for delivery, and still you try to deliver it?? Then they phone early in the morning, you phone back and Lina say the driver phone me? Still did not do it, In the afternoon she is so rude, and tell me she do not no anymore and have again the order number- apparently it is to difficult to work on a cell number but you are going to phone me???? Tell me how are you going to phone me. Then they say going to transfer me to a manager who is not a manager and he said he is going to transfer it to manager.....you waist my time for 2 days! trying to get a order? Maybe we should cancel the order of R7000 because of your rude customer service and take it else.
