Unprofessional I advise you to not make the same mistake

I'm disgusted with Takealot.com I'd rather have you think one if you plan on purchasing an item from them rather walk away & save yourself from being disappointed, you just have to look at their name for example TAKEALOT= "take a lot of our customers money" & forget about them ones the items been delivered then leave you stranded when it comes to their exchange policy yes don't get me wrong here the do collect the item for them to check it ha what a joke they send you a email stating there is nothing wrong with the item and better yet when you try get hold of them the 2nd time round or Try lodge a exchange for the same problem they do not get back to you about the product.. So do yourselves a huge favor do not click on them.
