Unprofessional

I'm highly disappointed with takealot, I ordered something for my boyfriend's birthday, it was delivered today by fulufhelo patience, she called me no greeting whatsoever and tell me she is delivering my parcel, I go out and wait by the gate, I see the car then she brakes by my gate as she was with another girl, I get to the car I greet them then they keep quiet, I ask them ladies I'm greeting you then they keep quiet, she gets out of the car and hands me the parcel and they drive off, I've ever been so humiliated in my life, your drivers takealot are the pits, they don't know customer service, these ladies were rude to me and I don't appreciate it, I will not buy from takealot ever again
