Unprofessional drivers

I recently bought a kettle at takealot 2months later it had a fault i told them , they and said they will send a driver to collect the kettle he was supposed to pick it Monday 28th September and also on the 1st I was expecting an order delivery (Light ring ) from them which they said should be delivered by the 1st . The driver never collected the kettle kept on lying saying they came and there was no one they kept on coming with different excuses the whole of last week i was inconvenienced they didn’t collect the kettle . With the order that i was suppose to receive on the 1st of October I haven’t received it up in till today 6th of Oct they always send messages saying the order has been delayed or im asked to send my address again i send it they never deliver funny thing the address shows on google maps i find their drivers ***** and very unprofessional from a company such as take a lot
