Unprofessional drivers

The order was processed very quickly. However when it came to delivery, the drivers took it upon themselves to deliver my package to my neighbour who I've never met before. Despite the fact I have been at home the entire time and they could've just called me to come outside. One agent who I spoke to on the phone said it was a "Grey area" as there's no rule saying their drivers cannot give your package to someone else. That's the first time I've heard an idiotic statement like that. I've always known them to check your name and ID when signing for your package. The other agent I spoke to was more helpful and escalated the complaint to make sure my package is delivered to me. So I will wait and see if my package gets delivered. - Port Elizabeth
