Unprofessional delivery behavior

For order #*** the following happent. My daughter was alone at home. The delivery guys came in, the one made himself at home by sitting on the chair next to my daughter. He then asked for cold drink, she said no, then he asked for R20 for cold drink she said no again and then asked for a slice of pizza as he was hungry. I think this is very unprofessional and uncalled for.
