Unprofessional customer service

Hi recently I bought a 4 plate gas stove and a 9kg gas cylinder from takealot, I filled the tank which cost me 305R and came home ready to start using it the 4 plates wouldn't work, I then proceeded to do a return on the product and on the return section I made it aware that my tank is full and I even marked my tank so I could receive the same tank back. The guy that came to fetch the product was also informed that the tank is filled with gas, the guy continued to ask about the tank, few days later I get an email from takealot saying that I did not send all the accessories which was the 9kg gas tank and the connection and if I don't respond I my product will be sent back which is only the gas stove. I contacted takealot I spoke to an agent named kama a who said that they will escalate the matter and also keep in touch with me with the progress, after I rated his service he never got back to me, yesterday I sent another email just to say it's now gone so long and I didn't receive any update I then received another email saying that I have resend all my information and what product was returned including date, time ect, I'm am now sure that my gas tank has been ****** due to it being filled with gas and they now want to make it my problem. This is such a bad service and to know that takealot has ******* in there so they want us to buy from them but can't provide a proper service. What a bad impression, really disappointed, please people try and look for other ways of purchasing stuff, as yourl will also land with the same situation😠😠
