Unprofessional company

Terrible service I have ordered a package from them and the send it to the wrong facility then don't contact me furthermore they seem to have misplaced the package and cannot give a direct answer where it is or when it will be delivered. There delivery policy is 2 to 5 days of which they don't adhere to. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of February 2022 I placed the order on the 31st of January 2022., still no sign of package or when it's to be delivered. Really unprofessional company last time il be ordering from them.
