Unprofessional

I purchased a watch, when the watch arrived it was the wrong watch, I logged a return. I was sent an email to provide them with photos of serial number etc. Eventually I received an email that I can return it, so I took it to the nearest drop off point, when I tried to return it I was told my return had been cancelled. I sent another email to takealot and was told I can now return it, (my time and money). I enquired yesterday why I haven't received my refund and was told they will investigate. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
