UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

Good day I have ordered 2 Samsung phones on the 16 April 2025 from takealot and instead of delivering the phones they delivered a Sharp calculator. I logged a return of this wrong product I never ordered. They delivered 1 phone on the 28April 2025, driver who delivered the phone was rude and uncouth. Now am still waiting for delivery of another phone. When I check my balance my credit with Takealot does not appear. My balance is zero, don't understand how when they did not order the other phone. Am fuming with anger at this unprofessional and unsatisfactory service.
