Unprofessional and unsatisfactory service

I bought 3 iterms on 27 June 2020 at takealot, my order has still not being delivered. I sent few correspondence to takealot this person Zelda Fredericks she always says they will get back to me she never does. Takealot has poor customer service and don't even care about their customers concerns.
