Unprofessional and rude

Tried talking to a human recently? So I help my pensioner mom out with some things each month. Her name and number is on the order. She was just in the bathroom when the delivery person left. The delivery team tried calling me instead of her. I was in a meeting. I tried calling the delivery team at Menlyn in Pretoria. There is one line that you call ***) for that area, and there are 3 options. The only option that works is Hatfield. These unprofessional people are so unpleasant. I tried explaining and ask them if there is another number I can call. After being put on hold for almost 15 minutes and being hung up on, on my third try I was told rudely "Call the right number, nê!". The line went dead before I could answer. What is bizarre experience. And not one of the three people that answered even answered with a proper greeting, just "Hello". That is NOT how you answer a business line.
