Unprofessional and ***********

Horrible service. I didn't receive my whole order and received someone else's order as well. I was told that they now have to log a return and then re-order the item that I did not receive. The driver didn't even deliver the item with me but said that I signed for it. I was told by reception where I work that the person just gave them the order and left. I called and asked can't they call the driver and ask to bring the rest of the order and I was told that they don't have contact with the drivers. What company can't contact it track their drivers? I can also imagine that the person who's item I did receive is also going to be unhappy. This is really unprofessional from the drivers side and takealot. Get a better system! Also don't hope they expect me to pay for delivery for my re-order 😡
