Unprofessional

Terrible service from Takealot. I ordered an oil and it was damaged. The glass bottle is broken and the oil spilled all over the box. I'm getting quite disappointed with Takealot service lately, it's either the wrong product is delivered or it's missing products. The delivery guys on top of it are busy throwing the boxes inside the truck, do they not know there are fragile items there? how do you throw packages around, no wonder they get damaged. And why are the items not labelled fragile on the box? Takealot has become a disappointment lately, they need to re-evaluate their work ethics.
