Unprofessional

I ordered 5 items on the 09/09/2023 which I got 2 in in the same week however my wafel maker Nd 2 rugs I haven't received which I tracked and delivery would take place on 14/09/2023 which never came until I phoned and asked where is my order without letting me know my parcel got ****** or "missing " they just cancelled the order and issued another one out if I didn't make contact I wouldn't have known no contact was made none I really needed my wafel maker for a kiddies party which I couldnt do coz of the goods that was ****** and they didn't even make contact.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
