Unpleasure and Extremely Rude

What a huge unpleasure it was with Takealot Pick Up Point Weltevreden Park, Delivery department. The Lady extremely rude and not helpful at all. Saturday morning I phone Takealot Pick Up ***) explained them the entire situation of mine, both of the ladies confirmed that I can pick the parcel up. After I got the SM I phoned again to confirm if the parcel is there so that I can pick it up. Got there 15:00 at the front they phoned the people at the back (delivery) they told her that package is there, I must go to the back. So me and my husband went to the back got there. The lady (elderly lady) lying on her sear not looking at me ONCE talked extremely rude to me. Told her the story, she said the gentlemen at Superbalist gave the incorrect information and they are not allowed to give it to me. Told her that I have phone Takealot Pick up twice and not once did they mentioned this to me. She got on the line phone the same number, start talking and slammed the phone down and said that they closed at 13:00. So I dialled the same number got through to Amanda, then she phone also after I got hold of an person. They also talked to me and explained again what happened and that I will take full responsibly for my mistake. She took the phone back and few seconds I got my parcel.

I have never been treat with this kind of rudeness and unpleasure experience with this lady at that department. Finally took me half an hour with this women to get my parcel. From the start I walked in there she not looked at me once just glanced at her screen monitor and was extremely extremely rude to me.
