Unpleasant delivery services

I placed a order with them on 28 April 2026 that was supposed to be delivered today on the 29 April 2026 . Its 18:42 and nothing is delivered and all im getting from their company is that I didnt write my full address which is 1113 bateleur street vlakfontein 1821 Johannesburg south ext 1. What's worse No one from their call center called to ask for further details as to how far i am from the garage or Zakaria park Let alone text or e-mail for directions from where ever the driver was instead I had to check from their web site how far is the driver only to find out he/she said i didnt write my full details which are on my account Why are they the only company to not find the address on the GPS or map
