Unpaid refund

I placed an order for items worth R2974.00 on the 20/04/2023 i then returned the shoes and Laptop charger , where an amount of R899 was credited into my takealot account(only for the shoes). I then made a mistake by placing same order of a Laptop charger i then returned it, i advised them to credit my original account(bank account) which to date still waiting for refund. Now when i check my takealot balance is O how come cause I have money and i need to know when will i get my money back in total i expect an amount of RR898.00. Can anyone call and advise me what the hell is going on here as i need my money.
