Unnecessary unsuccessful delivery

To whom it may concern,

I am extremely unhappy about the cancellation of my order!! I called delivery enquiries twice over the past two days (they were very helpful) to ask that the driver CALL ME when he gets to the gate of the complex. Am I to understand that the driver refused to call? Because now my order is completely cancelled! Needless to say, no call was received.

One of the items was meant as a Christmas gift. Every other courier service who has ever came to my home address has called me upon delivery. I use to be a big fan of Takelot, now I am reconsidering my position!
