Unmet delivery promise and extremely poor service

I have never been met with service agents telling you straight up that your matter will not be resolved and be nonchalant about it. Extreme poor service from the call centre and email agents. Firstly Ridau S didn't want to resolve matter and then stopped responding, then Abdul Q then also didn't care to resolve my matter then **** that my order has been split he will get back at but instead canceled my call and then I waited an hour with no service. Today I called in Ayatandwa told me again that she can't help me there is nothing she can do, I ask for her senior and told me no one is available, I have been waiting on call for more than 15min writing this.

This is extremely poor after you failed to meet your promise of delivering my order within 3-5 as indicated on ordered items. Ayatandwa kept making invalid excuses of working days which also have lapsed, an email I was sent after I ordered on the promise of 3-5 days.

I want my order today.
