Unmannered delivery guy

I am very disappointed and disgusted at the driver that u employ. Today when they where delivering at my home they beeped once and i told my nephew to tell them i am coming, he then forced an 8year old to sign for the parcel. And as i asked him how is this possible for someone below age to sign for the parcel he gave the most pathetic attitude and threw a pen on me to sign. He was so freaken loud that i must not teach him to do his job and for that matter o would appreciate if he stops delivering at my house. He is very unmannered. He refused to give his name. Parcel serial number S***. And the parcel is a cellphone what if somebody came and took it before the boy made it into the house?
