UNKOWN CHARGES UNKOWN CANCELLATIONS!!!

So Order #12191**** got cancelled apparently due to "The product is defective or damaged" as per the emailI got after calling the customer care line. Im told the usual not to worry it will be credited and the advisor Mahlatsi says its probably because it was out of stock.

Only to log back in and check my orders to see that you have credited and reorderd this on my behalf and charged me a delivery fee ??? ***?

Why would I order over R500 for free delivery only for you to cancel my order and decide to deliver and order it again at a charge ??? TAKEALOT TAKES ALOT!!!
