Unknown return cancellation

I bought a product that arrived with some items missing. I logged a return and it was only collected 4 days after the scheduled date and now when I check the status it says the return was cancelled and has been concluded. When I ask them they say they have never received any notification of collection on their side. I wouldn't recommend Takealot to anyone.
