Unhelpful staff

I ordered the incorrect product and need to return it, I then logged a return online and went to the branch with my reference number and I was told she can not accept that reference as takealot will email me another one, to date I have not received anything and I have been asking on Facebook Messenger and they are also not helpful!!! what now??? been buying for years, first time I made a mistake and I am not getting any assistance
